At least three times in my life, until shortly before the age of 26, I battled with intense moments of depression. Surprisingly, nobody noticed anything, except perhaps my sister, who tried to help but in the wrong way.
Then, one day, I had an epiphany - my happiness was the most crucial aspect of my life. That realization led me to leave Italy and embark on a life of living through journeys.
Travelling as Therapy:
Travelling became my lifeline, providing solace and clarity during difficult times. It offered me a chance to heal, grow, and redefine my outlook on life. Through new experiences, cultures, and landscapes, I discovered the power of travel to uplift the spirit.
